Akari IC-14M78 Di Start Gak Nyala !

This Akari IC-14M78 TV comes with a red standby state. The owner says that if the power button on the TV does not turn on, the LED can turn off, ie: TV Suridu can light up!
Box C discharge, TV cable C plugged in, Micom standby 5V normal, let me try to boot, then I measured on pin 4 of the Micom, that is the on/off function line, and I hit the switch TR Vcc IC Chroma / Horizontal To power the oscillator. 8v also forgot to check Vcc Audio, B+, 180v etc. there is everything...!
Why won't this TV turn on? oscillator there. 37 on pin TDA8361 is ok!

Check the voltage at the collector point of the TR driver, if the Bestmanty coil is not there, the driver transformer is defective, do not try all the time, it is the same type of head on a used motor!
Before removing the transformer I checked the R-limiter on B+ as the power supply! Because the value of Ra is often delayed in this section!
I then removed the driver transformer from the PCB machine, I measured it was defective on the primary side!
After plugging it in and plugging it back in, my TV came on, I offered flyback there until it worked and the picture was normal.....!!!
