After half an hour I searched for the cause and I finally found it, the V553 plug (C1815)
The collector and emitter are shortened, it is on the contact line of 2 optocouplers!
I immediately replaced my Tr, finally the B+ was normal and the TV could turn on!
After completing the normal image output channel, there was still a small defect in the vertical position, that is, there were 8 white lines on the top, and I immediately changed the elco.
The 100uF 35V on the vertical pump amplifier is pin 3 of the LA7841….
Because comrades graze in boats, you know... graze in this birch TV.
